Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 July 2026
Vartaly is a WhatsApp business messaging platform operated by MMF Infotech Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Vartaly", "we", "us"). By using Vartaly — whether as a business customer or by interacting with a business that uses Vartaly on WhatsApp — you agree to these terms.
The service
Vartaly enables businesses to automate and manage WhatsApp conversations with their customers: automated replies, order and booking workflows, notifications, and a team inbox. Messaging is delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta, and use of the service is additionally subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business terms and policies.
Business customers' responsibilities
Businesses using Vartaly must: (a) only message end users who have opted in to receive messages; (b) honor opt-out requests; (c) comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable law, including data-protection law; and (d) ensure the accuracy of content they configure the platform to send. Businesses remain the owners of, and responsible parties for, their own customer relationships and data.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for spam, harassment, deceptive practices, unlawful content, or any purpose prohibited by Meta's policies. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Data
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. End users can request deletion of their data as described on our Data Deletion page.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep it available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, including interruptions caused by the underlying WhatsApp platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
