The honest fine print
- WhatsApp's own message charges are separate — Meta bills your business directly (in India, roughly ₹0.15 per utility message and ₹0.90 per marketing message; customer replies within 24h are free). We never mark these up or hide them — 0% platform markup, always.
- Unlimited means unlimited. Customer conversations are never capped or cut off. Two things are metered per plan because they cost real money to run: broadcast sends and AI-generated answers — and when AI answers run out, your bot's menus, orders and bookings keep working normally.
- The trial is the real thing. 7 days with your actual customers — bot, inbox, bookings, orders. After that it's a paid plan; nothing is charged during the trial.
- No long lock-ins. Plans are monthly. If it isn't making you money, you shouldn't be paying for it.
- Your number, your data. Your WhatsApp Business Account belongs to you. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
