Vartaly is a WhatsApp business messaging platform operated by MMF Infotech Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data we collect through WhatsApp Business messaging and how it is used.

What we collect

When you message a business number connected to Vartaly, we store your WhatsApp ID (phone number), display name, message content, and message metadata (timestamps, delivery status) for the purpose of responding to you and operating the messaging service on behalf of the business you contacted.

How we use it

Data is used solely to operate conversational flows, qualify leads, respond to customer queries, and — where you have opted in — send you relevant business updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Opt-out

Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to stop receiving marketing messages from a business using Vartaly. This is honored automatically and immediately.

Data retention

Message and contact data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service to the business you are messaging, or until you request deletion.
