Data Deletion Instructions

Vartaly (operated by MMF Infotech Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) stores WhatsApp conversation data — phone number, display name, message content, and message metadata — on behalf of the businesses that use our platform. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Via WhatsApp: reply DELETE MY DATA to the business number you have been messaging. Your request will be forwarded to us and processed.
2. Via email: write to abhi@mmfinfotech.in from any address, including the WhatsApp phone number whose data you want deleted.

What happens next

Within 30 days of a verified request we delete your contact record, message history, and any lead or order records linked to your phone number from our systems, except where a business is legally required to retain specific records (for example, tax records of completed purchases). We will confirm completion to the contact method you used.

Stopping messages without deleting data

To stop receiving marketing messages without deleting your history, reply STOP to the business number — this is honored automatically and immediately.
